Hello!
I've been reading the forum since I started last week and found some very useful posts and tips - thanks I just thought I would say hi as I think this diet is for me and I'll be sticking around!
My attack phase lasted 6 days and I lost 9lbs, after 1 day on cruise (PV) I lost another 1lb so 10lbs in my first week. While this is a great loss, I know a lot will be water weight and I don't have my hopes up for anything remotely similar when I weigh in again next Monday.
I'm sure I'll post again for advice or to update and maybe in time to give some tips of my own!
