Hello, im Jaz, im 20 years old, i currently weigh 16stone 2lbs, i did loose 5stone, no idea how, but i have put back on over a stone recently due to leaving my ex 3 months ago and the stress it caused i just comfort ate to the max!
I have a high demanding job so im always working and have no time to go to the gym or cook which makes it more difficult to loose weight, although i am on my feet non-stop at work i still dont loose, go figure!
i started eating crisps again for the first time in over a year or so recently which i guess isnt helping!
Im not on a paticular diet at the moment, i dont want to have rules where i cant eat stuff, i just want to replace what i do eat with something just as good, i a rebel at heart so i will just go off the rails on a 'just this once' if i do it on my own, so i decided if i got support online (as meetings are so expensive with companies and finding the time outside work is difficult)

Im also trying to give up smoking which makes me eat lots! Anyway i need to be positive!
I want to get down to as close to 12st0lb by my 21st which is in october! So if anyone has any handy tips for food i dont have to cook or easy to throw together without cooking or much that would be great, i am a chef so i can cook its just finding the time ;)
And any handy tips on staying away from the choco goodness <3
Oh and i have a mega addiction to Dr Pepper hehe...

Hi Hun welcome to minimins, I lost a bit of weight by myself then 2 stone with sw I got to target but found it hard to stay there and put a stone back on :-( I decided to try ww but have been more off plan than on, ideally I would like to be able to eat "normal" food but less of it to lose weight (my daughter lost 4 st doing it this way) but I end up eating loads of chocolate & bingeing once I start I can't stop,you will get a lot of help & advice on here, have a read through some of the healthy eating diaries it might give u a few ideas & if u have time do a food diary. Good luck losing the lbs xx
