I am from England uk and i need to diet i seem to yoyo diet all the time been upto 17 half stone and down to 11 stone however soon as i stop the diet i gain the weight twice as fast as i lost it!

I am atm 13 stone 7lb and at only 5ft 4 (male but short) that is putting me in the obese BMI charts!

I am after getting fitter aswell as getting lighter so i need to work on both weight and fitness!

Not sure of the best diet to follow but i am starting slow atm i am trying to eat right but after my holiday in 2 weeks time i shall start to calories count! although every book and site has a diffrent idea of how many calories i should be on!

Looking forward to reading the site and hopfully get some support while i try to change my health for the better!
