I've been browsing these pages for a few weeks since I joined Slimming World in February. I have found this forum to be very helpful and informative.
Although I've only shed 8lbs (none in the first week!!!!!) it is much better than before. I have quite a wee bit more to lose and I am starting to find it challenging. I think planning and organisation are my problem areas. I've been very naughty over Easter and not looking forward to my weigh in on Thursday.
