Hello fellow dieters

Hi all,

My weight is currently 22 stone. im 6'3" so I just look like a big lad.. I have tried Cambridge and lighter life.. which I lost 5 stone with, then over the last 4 years have whacked it back on.
I'm looking for encouragment and likemindedness.. (if thats even a word)
