hello from a newbie

Hello everyone, fantastic to find this site and see how much support there is amongst friends and members.

I'm 6 months pregnant and just embarked on the slimming world extra easy plan with the added extras for those of us with buns in the oven. At the moment I am twelve stone ten and five feet tall and whilst I don't anticipate my height changing I really hope that my weight does! At the moment most of my baby bump is bad food and curry rather than baby.

My downfall is helping myself to handfuls of things in the kitchen when feeding my other two children, and then being so tired at night I eat enough pasta to keep a legion on its feet.

Looking forward to reading lots of helpful info about how you all avoid pitfalls like that and succeed at your goals.
