Hello, just did a quick search on google for diet and fitness related forums and minimins came up so thought i'd register and see what it's all about. I am a member on another popular calorie counting website and really think these sites are brilliant for encouragement and support. I've lost 8 lbs since starting my fitness plan on 16th July. I am going to loose till I get to about 10st as I know from the past this is a good weight for me and sets me in a clothes size I feel comfortable in. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself!
