Hello!
I am so happy to join this forum.

I am 30 years old and have always struggled with my weight. I have lost a stone here and there but then always end up bigger than before.
I have a very supportive partner and he is always saying how beautiful I am etc but getting on the scales I am heavier than I have ever been and am now firmly in the obese category.

Following a cry and a moment of sheer panic anxiety I have decided that I need to stop moaning about my weight and put in some serious work.

From tomorrow I am going to track all food eaten, use my Nintendo switch fit to get exersize daily and try and change all of my habits to positive ones.

I hope this forum will help me to keep on track and get to where I need to be to live a healthy lifestyle.

Can't wait to see everyone's tips and tricks and how to stick on the right path. :)

It's not silly 🙂 I'm doing similar. I'm having 1460 calories a day and using My Fitness Pal to track it. It adjusts the amount of calories you have based on your weight and goal.
