Hello I'm new

Hi I'm Rachel. Thought I would say hello as I've been looking for about a month.
I have previously done ll about 8 years ago and in that time I have managed to keep it off with the aid of diets and gym. Over the past 2 years Ive put 3 stone of the 6 I lost so don't think I've done too bad. Just fed up of only loosing a pound or 2 a week so thought I'd give this a go as I've been inspired by your weight losses!
I started Sunday and am doing Ts. Yesterday I felt awful- cant remember feeling that bad before but it was a long time ago and I only remember how good it felt to be thin! Ive set a goal of being Ts for a month as I am going away with the school an cant really get away with not eating in front of the children but I do intend to get straight back on it after.
Feel great today and not had my usual 3pm slump which is great. Have been splitting my packs into 6 as find it better to cope with.

Hi! I'm a fellow school worker (teacher) and fully understand the 3pm slump! Since I've been on TS I haven't suffered no where near as much, in fact when I drink lots of water it doesn't appear at all. Not eating in front of the kids has been strange, especially on pancake day in school, also the weekly baking we do! But I've survived and lost 17lbs in 3 weeks, so good luck to you! x

I wish you every success with exante - its a brilliant diet :) once you get these first few days out of the way, you'll feel brilliant!
