Hi all! I have been doing SW for about 6 months and it's been amazing Wish I'd found this before though. I have lost 4st 5lbs so far and got about 10lbs left to go. Not sure if this is the right section but really want to get involved! x
Thank you! You're doing brilliantly too! Guessing you have children? I have two boys. Two and eight mths, I think the reason for my weight gain and loss! If that makes any sense?! Lol x

thank you, it makes perfect sense!!! i have 3 girls, 14, 9 and just 1. joked plenty that i put a lb on for every hour of labor!! so far not as painful to get it off xx
