Thanks everybody and happy new year too. let's take this journey together. I was thinking about doing Cambridge but want to start with portion control/ calorie counting. I think a VCLD with be too much of a shock to me for at least the next 2 weeks.
Very pleased with myself - I managed to do 30 mins of exercise today and kept within my 1500 calorie limit. I'm off to bed shortly to avoid temptation. Evening is usually my weak time.
