Hello!
Im Sadiah! 25 female x from Herts. A mummy of 2 ! Its the new year and every year i do the same thing..." Today i start a diet and this is the year!" THATS WHERE I AM GOING WRONG!!!
its not a diet... i have decided this is IT. IT WILL BE THIS YEAR THAT I MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE! give myself and my children the best who deserve to have a fit healthy mum! And for myself obvilously! Its a lifestyle change and something to main for life surely. So i have joined MiniMins! and also joined Slimming World online! No more faffling about! There will be days it will be down and up but just have to be consistent stick to it and treat it as a lifestyle change
Good Luck to everyone else starting. Nothing is impossible we can do this! Its all in our mindsets and our control x
