Hi to all

I'm Laura, 27 and I'm married and have two gorgeous boys (9 and 2) and live in Gloucestershire.

I decided to join this afternoon as it's lonely losing weight by yourself and it's nice to speak to other people going through the same thing.
I am doing a low carb diet and have lost 4lbs already
Doing quite well too, which is a first as I have no willpower.

I'm so looking forward to shedding a few stone (6-7 in all) and can't wait to look in the mirror and be happy about my body.
At the moment I can't look in the mirror because when I do I end up feeling sick and disgusted with myself.

So I'm losing weight for myself, for my children and my husband.
And I can't wait to get to chat to you all.
