Hello - newbie in the right place now!

Hi everyone

I just joined up today, posted a hello in one of the sub-forums not realising if I scrolled down there was all this other fabulous info on the main forum (doh!). I've just completed 3 weeks of Lighterlife but are not getting what I expected from the counselling, so I've taken the plunge and changed to S&S. Not sure where I want to be as I've never been slim so I don't know what it weighs with me, it'll be a good few stone off though.

Enjoyed reading through the tips and advice, really very helpful. Looking forward to learning more :)
 
hi there! I've done LL before too, the counselling is not quite ground-breaking! minimins support is great though.
you'll probably find s&s a breeze compared, we can have milk! vegetable snacks, even protein!
the most exciting part of my LL day was adding tabasco to my chilli foodpack
 
I lost my weight with a mixture of LL and SnS. So much of the value of the counselling depends on how good your counsellor is and unfortunately there's a real mix out there. Good luck with your journey!
 
I've done LL before too, I never kept it off though, all my own fault. I'm on day 3 of S&S and actually find the food packs much nicer than the LL ones. Good luck x
 
Thanks for the welcomes, I'm 2 packs in and wow! what a difference to the LL packs, much much nicer. Going to place my order for the mens monthly pack now (following the tip I read last night - thanks for that :)). I think this will suit me much more.
