Hi everyone,

I;m new, currently in cruise mode, day 19 and so far so good.

I have two girls under 3, bothh are v poorly today with sickness bug and have really struggled to stay on track. Its my first wobble, had a piece of cheese on toast. Will do PP tomorrow and go for a run tonight hopefully to counteract my indulgence today.

anyway :blahblah: i do go on!! hello *waves* i'm looking forward to getting stuck in here

Next time just eat the cheese and leave the bread!!!! If your gonna cheat go for something higher in fat but still low carb!!! That's my theory anyway!!! LOL
