I'm new here and I have watched online for a short while, and have to say that Im pretty impressed with all that I've seen, and
Its so encouraging to see all depts positive to all.

My personal details are as :
Female
Age 48
Weight 14 st 9 lbs
Height 5 ft 2 3/4... hahahaha


My reason to lose this amount of weight !

Is that I've been very, very depressed about my weight, Have got very low confidence and taking it all out on my loved one's.

Thanks for the welcome.

Im planning on doing a combination of Gillian McKeith 'You are what y Hello ou eat' which is heaps of vege / fruit / pulses / soy products etc with alot of raw foods and nothing processed, and :

Jason Vales Juicing of Vege's / fruit with the same principles as above.

Ive just bought a York Elliptical Cross Trainer & small bench press with weights so have made out a programme for myself as well as going out first thing in the morning to the local park for a quick power walk.

Apart from Finally Having Enough of being so unhappy and in a Vicious circle, Im also getting married on the beach in Cape town on the 4th of October 2009, and Im SO determined now to change my life around !

I cant wait actually, coz Im finally doing something about this mess that Ive created, and I visualise daily about how its all going to turn out....
