Hello there!

Hey hey there - I'm Ellie, full of vim and vigour, ready to get back to getting in shape. Figured I'd attempt to be social and post something in here, hehe.

I've already said so in my diary post, but I'm a dude, who is coming to terms still with gender stuffs. I won't be offended by whatever pronouns are used, or anything like that - just want to be known as Ellie is all. Hopefully, will find some friends and some biology conversation while I'm going through this journey on here too.

Though gah, going back to eating 2,000 kcals a day will be hard.
 
Hi Ellie! I'm struggling getting back into the whole 'being good' thing as well but I'm hoping in a few days I'll feel better for it. How r u finding it so far?
 
Well done u! I would be scared to jog I've been that many years out of practice but I'm starting slowly, walking instead of bus and stairs instead of lift. Hopefully that will kick start things anyway!
 
That sounds perfect to me, love. This is my second weight loss/fitness push - I went from 24 stone to 18 over about a year. It ended 6 months or so ago when I contracted tonsillitis, then glandular fever. It floored me for months. I know I can run, I would do 5km three times a week back at my best during that time - so I know I'll get back to it. I could go a lot further if I jogged more slowly, but I went at a snail's pace before. I'd rather start from the very beginning this time around, while running at a race pace.
