Hi, I have been doing Judd for just over a week and I have lost 4 lbs ( weighed after ud) . I have 6 stone to lose but it's a good start. To be honest my dd were more like 800 cals and I ate freely on up days and I only did 3 dd, so im chuffed with the result
I going one stone at a time. Im only doing 3 down days per week so im on my second up day today. It always makes me a bit nervous that after two ups im going to get on the scales tomorrow and all the weight I lost will be back on! How are you finding it?
Not too bad but I do get hungry on down days. I lost a stone in the first 3 weeks but stayed the same this week so trying not to feel too disheartened.
It's a great diet though and I love the ability to eat what I want on up days - never been a calorie counter so this is perfect for me.
