Hi everyone, I've been over in the calorie counting section for a couple of months now and whilst I have been losing weight I'm afraid I've become totally impatient! I'm so so motivated at the minute and have been 100% but I want quicker results...I need quicker results!
So...I've been looking at Slim and Save, 4 packs a day so I don't even have to think about food and well I suppose I just wanted you all to tell me how fab it is and that I'd be silly not to try it.
My main concern is refeed and maintenance but if I do it properly and carry on calorie counting after (which, by the way, I have really enjoyed doing and plan to keep doing in a couple of months) I'll hopefully keep it off.
Also which packs to choose?? There's so many I don't know where to start. Which ones are the favourites
