Hi Everyone!

I've decided to give simply filling a try.

I've been doing propoints since jan and have lost 2 stone. I want to loose another 1.5 stone. The last few weeks i have not stuck to plan and have stayed the same for the last 4 or 5 weeks. I am going to a festival in a few weeks and have a holdiay at the end of september so i would love to be at goal by then.

I was going to the gym but got bored so have started doing classes like circuit training instead. The reason i want to give SF a try is because the man who runs my circuit class gave me a plan to follow which is eating 5 smaller meals each day with the largest portion being protein then carbs and only a small amount of fat. I didnt want to quit weight watchers so i'm going to give this a try. Another reason is I spend my points on junk food a lot of the time which i dont think helps.

I'm still going to weigh pasta and rice and things like that to try and still be incontrol of my portion size.

I really need to pull my finger out as the sun is finally shining and i want to wear shorts this summer!!

How is everyone getting on with SF? Do you still have good losses?

Any advice you have for me would be great! x

Loads of people do great on SF! I've lost weight every week I've done it! I usually do 2 pp days a week a 5 SF. But going to try do 100% sf this week! I started in jan too doing pp! Done SF since about April! 3stone lost in total! I prefer SF! It encourages me to eat good food instead of junk like you said!

Remember that you also get 49weeklies! And your free oil allowance!

Maybe follow a few diaries on this board for inspiration!

I think i will probably do 2 pp days per week probably on the weekend if i'm having a drink.

Hope it works I love jacket potatos so i'll probably be living on them!

Welcome and Good Luck Lulu, I think SF definitely helps with the snacking and eating healthier, you just seem to be more focused on healthier foods when on it I think.
 
Hi and good luck,I'm on my second week of sf and am really enjoying it I find it makes me think more about what I'm eating/snacking on.I had plenty of baked potatoes myself this week lol.

Hi sarah,

I did a pp day yesterday as i was at a wedding party and wanted a drink managed to only use 8 weeklies so my first simply filling day is today.

I think i'm goin to have bacon scrambled egg toast tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast. A baked potato with tuna and salad for lunch. Not sure about dinner yet.

Welcome to SF. As others have said I do think this plan is really good at encouraging filling up on "proper" healthy foods, so hope it works for you.

Sounds like a good day yesterday and food for today sounds yummy!
 
I think goi from pp to sf can sometimes take a bit of getting used to! Like it seems simple but it's a big transition as your cutting out almost all processed food, cooking more! But it really does help!

Your breakfast and Lunch sound yum!

I had a good weekend so far. I had a sneaky look on the scales yesterday morning and i was 3lb down since friday. I never take note of my weight till weigh day but it sure felt good seeing 9st 13.2lb. I havnt seen single figures for years!

I think i will be having a point day on wednesday as i'm going to nandos and I dont no how i would work out whats free and what isnt x

Wow what a brilliant loss! When is your wi day? Must be exciting to see the 9s!
 
It's not until friday. My weight goes up and down all week but i cant help but weigh my self almost every day sometimes twice a day!!

When i first started ww i only weighed once a week but i think i'm gettin too impatient now! x
 
Yea it can be very tempting to have a peek,I think so long as it doesn't make people go off track if they see a gain then it does no harm :0)
 
I've decided to try a VLCD for a week and see how i get on. If i manage a week then i'm going to try and do that to get my last 1.5 stone off. I really want to be close to my goal in the next 5 weeks. I'm starting thursday as my boyfriend goes on holiday then and it will be easier without him here lol. I only want to do this for a few weeks then i'll be back to ww. Even when i'm at goal i think i will follow propoints or simply filling.

Fingers crosses i get past day one! I'm so nervous! x

Thank you! I'll def be coming back to weight watchers. Hopefully in about 4 weeks. Or next week if i cant hack it lol x
