HI, my name is Molly and this is my first time using any sort of forum but I am determined to lose weight and feel that I'll take any help I can get. I started Weight Watchers about 2 weeks ago and so far it has been going well. I haven't been able to find some sort of exercise that works for me yet. As of my last weigh in I was 306lbs which was hard for me because prior to last year I had lost 80lbs and managed to put it all back on in just the past few months. I am lucky to have a boyfriend who loves me very much regardless of how I look, however my body is not loving me very much right now. All of the knee pain and foot pain I had before I lost the weight has come back, as well as the trouble sleeping. I am only 23 so that is pretty concerning... I need to get into a healthy lifestyle now before my weight just gets too out of control. I think encouragement is such a great tool for the hard task of losing weight and Id love to be a part of a caring and supportive community with people who honestly understand how difficult it is.
