Hi follow slimmers,
Im on second day of the Cambridge diet, found the first day really hard but end of second day and feel great
My name is Sharon, 26 years young and at my heaviest weight ever at 18stone 7lbs but hey thats the last time I will be this weight, im pretty determined, even if I was feeling negative yesterday i didnt break and stuck to it. I have to say this forum is a god sent and really keeping motivated and keeps my mind off things. Well thats me
