Have just joined today.. am thinking of a VLCD but am finding that most of them are out of my price range. Currently doing Slimfast.
Any advice on VLCD would be great thanks!!

Have you looked online at Exante? It's a much cheaper vlcd, a months worth is around £100.
Have a look at the Exante diaries on this site to pick up knowledge about it. The only difference with Exante is that there's no counsellor, but there's lots if experienced people doing it on here, so you can get loads of advice.
