I'm following SW and have lost 5lbs in my first 6 days.
I hate gyms but love the open air and walk as much as I can after work and at weekends.
I started a Facebook group page with a couple of friends a couple of months ago with a view to walking and getting fit. Last week 12 of us were out on a 10 mile walk.
It's a great way to meet people and get fit and is miles better than a gym.
Maybe something you could start in your area?
