Hello lovelies,
My names Cupcake and I'm a dress size 18. I currently work as a plus size model and am looking for support in loosing weight. I'm 230lbs as of right now - Christmas took me up ten pounds *traumatised* Stupid food hehe! I want to be a size 12-14 and 150 pounds. So there, that's me. hehe. I'm also a singer

I'm starting cambridge weight plan on Thursday. I have my first appointment Wednesday night.

How are you planning to shift the lbs?

Cambridge is meal replacement... Porridge, shakes, soups and bars. I need to stop eating.... It's going to be tough but you get big weight loss and I'm hoping that will be quite motivating too...

Hey, i'm similar- size 18 and want to be a 12-14. I'm 18 and I started SW online yesterday. I looked at the cambridge, but as I have ME I have to be real careful with what I can eat and when already, couldn't take that much more restriction!!
