Hello! I've only just registered but have visited the site many times and found it so helpful!
I'm stuck in such a rut - I'm currently 184 lbs and a size 12/14 (I'm 5"7). I really want to get to a healthy 147 pounds and for the last 12 days I have eaten clean, had nothing bad and not a single carb (and I was carb addicted) I've been drinking so much water and green tea and no alcohol. However, I haven't lost a single pound- not one!! I don't know what I'm doing wrong or don't know why my body finds it so difficult to lose weight. I should add I've been doing jogging and some strength work too. any help would be so appreciated, especially as seeing no weight loss it is hard to have motivation! thankyou already! x
