Hello everyone! My name in Nick and I'm from a small town in central Vermont. I am currently going into my 3rd year of college where I am majoring in Music with a concentration in Classical Singing (Opera). I have been overweight my entire life (even born that way- almost 11lb! My poor mother...) and today stand almost 6'4" tall at a weight of around 400lb. I am not sure of the actual number, but I know it is around that point. At only 20 years old, I have been able to dodge the health issues of being my size (my height most likely has a part in it too), but I don't know how much longer I can hold off the inevitable.
I am not currently active, but I did play sports and had very rigorous activity for the past four years. Part of the issue I am facing is that I am not built "like a fat person" because I have been physical throughout my life, so I do not accurately know how much of me is fat, and how much muscle I have underneath all my fat. In other words, my fat is very proportional.
At this point I don't really know where to start, so if anyone could guide me in the right direction that would be fantastic!
Thanks for reading!
