I'm doing slimming world from home, I am having a second crack at it (and last ) I reached target back in 2009 but got complacent and slipped back into old eating habits it somehow feels different this time around, feels more natural. How are you finding it?
It's not that I can't have it I just don't like the creaminess of it so I don't have dairy replacements either I have black tea and coffee - the closest I get is peanut butter.
