I'm sorry I've never applied for consultant training but wondered if you looked through http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-weight-loss-diary/301318-diary-slimming-world-consultant.html you might find some useful info.
It will take some reading, but I think a lot of people have posted on there about applying/being accepted for consultancy. So there may be some who were unsuccessful.
Are you able to re-apply?
