Hello there. I did Lipotrim TFR 100% last year and lost a considerable amount of weight. I feel a lot better physically and emotionally. It was very hard but I stuck with it - a day at a time, a week at a time etc. I had weeks that were disapointing and other weeks where I was surprised by results but I stuck with it. Then I went on maintenance and back onto food. I have managed to maintain my weight and new shape. I know that it is a long term thing though - looking after my health and wellbeing. I just want to say to anyone on here look after your health. That is the most important thing. This is a hard diet - and if you have complications healthwise and medical advisors tell you to come off it, then you should take the advice. But if you can do it, and want to change your weight/shape/size, improve your physical and emotional health you can do it on 100% TFR. It is not an easy diet - I know you can feel really low mood-wise - but you can do it. I just wanted to post a positive message on here for anyone who is doing this as I know it helped me hearing someone being positive about it - when I wasn't sure if I could do it.

Well done! What are your tips for maintaining afterwards? I've lost a stone in 3 weeks, got another 3 stone to lose x

I wouldn't want to set myself up as an expert. I am reminding myself of where I was this time last year and how far I have come. I feel a lot better physically and more confident in myself. I am trying to be healthy - I actually like lots of healthy things. The less healthy things are not essential to us - not as beneficial. People who didn't know me before don't know I've been big - but I think remembering that and that I have to maintain my health in the longer term help me. It is an extreme weight loss programme which does work, but is tough. If possible we should try to learn how to maintain - I know I have to keep an eye on myself and if I start feeling out of control over food or notice my clothes getting tighter I'll have to look at what I'm eating/doing. I definitely wouldn't want to ignore it for very long as I know how miserable I felt before. It is a tough programme but does work. I sometimes can't believe I stayed on it - I really wasn't sure I could when I first started - but I am glad I did.
I think remembering how hard it was and not wanting to go back to how it was are a huge motivation to stay healthy. I hope I manage to stay healthy in the longer term. Sometimes I have to think of what is kind to myself - what is beneficial to my health.

I hope people who are doing Lipotrim at the moment are ok - it was hard last year as I really started to feel the cold. I had to make lots of hot coffee/herbal teas to get through the day! I still drink a lot of hot drinks and try to drink some water too.

Thanks for the info :) Did you have any problems with lose skin or anything? x

I have got saggy bits - boobs and tummy are a little saggy. But I would rather have the saggy bits than go back to how big I was. Noone can see it under my clothes.

Ah, I have four stone to lose but I moisturize all the time and I'm only 17 so I'm hoping I don't get any problems like that, but I agree, a few saggy bits is better than a lot of fat bits
