Hey Kymsey, I'm also an SWer, but to me the whole 'free foods' thing ment I ate waaaay too much and lost weight for a few weeks, then gained and lost the same lb or half lb for another few weeks, it totally wasn't for me!
I've been cal counting properly since Jan, and have lost 17.5lbs now. Still have another 50 or so to go, but at least I can eat what I want (within my daily allowance obviously) and still lose weight. I found on SW I was constantly thinking, Oh I can't havce that, Oh no none of that either....etc.
