Help and support diary

I have seen that a lot of people in the same position as me have been putting on a weekly weight loss diary for help and focus to get to target weight.

I'm the type of person that will start of being focused but after a while might get bored and stop.

I have tried loads of diets and so far has found slimming world the best and I don't wont to lose my focus because I got a long way to go to achieve where want to get so thought this might help.

So here Is my first one...

I have been with slimming world for 5 weeks altogether and so far..

Week 1 - 10.5 lbs
Week 2 - 1.5 lbs
Week 3 - 4 lbs
Week 4 - 2lbs
 
Hi there, having a diary is a good support on here, I only started mine last week and already I was helped out of a rut I was in!

So am I reading right - you lost 10.5lbs in the first week??????????????? That is the total I have lost in 8 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feel slightly kack now! lol

yes that's true, I def feel I am on track for a loss this week... any tips from what you did in your first week for such an amazing loss? Or do you think it was just a bosy shock reaction? lol
 
I think it was just a shock to my body to be honest.. Lol. Got my weigh in tonight so not looking forward to it.. =( when's you first weigh in? Good luck.. You will have to let me know how it goes =) x
 
Wowsers!! That is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! Serious congratulations!!!!!! I really need to try harder lol. My weigh in is tonight... not looking forward! I missed last week, so don't want to go tonight either... I am arguing with myself about whether or not to go
