Happy Easter Sunday to all,
i am going it alone at present from the mags and all the super duper posts that I have read on this lovely site, still not quite sure that I'm doing things right but hay hoy I'm trying.
What I actually wanted to ask is does anyone know how much the Food Directory, Free Snacks & Low Syn Snacks books are at the meetings ? coz I was looking at EBay & was gob smacked at what some people are asking for them I'm sure that they are well over priced, hope someone can help,

The main food directory is £7.50 and the Low syn snacks and Free Branded foods are both £1.95.I have the 2 smaller ones, and if you are going it alone they are very useful to have
