Step 1 Sole Source + Help! Day 3!!!

Hey I am currently on day 3 of sole source + (milk option) I've totally hit a wall! I keep thinking of everything I can't have. Does it get easier! I don't want to cave in my start weight was 18.6 and this morning when I stepped on my scales (bad I know) but it showed 17.13 so I can see it working already but what I would do for a good meal I tell you!!!!!!
 
Hi. It does get easier. I remember just wanting to eat a cherry tomato not even eating a dinner! Lol!

You can do it stick with it! When you get on the scales at the end if the week it will all be worth it!

week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs
 
Thanks my boyfriend is doing my nut in cos he keeps going on about it! I'm ready to scream lol! Just wish I was past this stage! So determined to not give in but I keep seeing food on tv it's driving mad! Just need to stay strong!
 
It should get easier from today as you should be in ketosis now.

Keep going your half way through week one now!

It definitely gets easier, I found the first week really tough and questioned why I was putting myself through it/whether or not it is the right thing for me to be doing - which almost made me talk myself out of the plan - but as soon as I stopped thinking about what I would be eating at said time if I wasn't on plan I felt so much better and lets face it I wouldn't be 22lbs lighter and a dress size smaller if i had allowed my mind to get the better of me! All of my really bad habits have all but disappeared, the constant snacking, the constant thinking what can I eat next, or the biggest one for me... Not eating all day and then having a total binge in the evening!

Just weigh up how much better you will feel after not eating what ever the temptation is vs how much you will beat yourself up for eating it. Once the moment passes (and they always do) you will feel on top of the world. Remember to give yourself a pat on the back when you don't give in because it really is a huge achievement to stay strong and in control. Food serves a purpose and should be used for that purpose... Indulgence is a bad habit and we can break the habit :) xxx

Starting Weight: 11st 7lb. Week 1 WI: -7lb (11st). Week 2 WI: -3lb (10st 11lb). Week 3 WI: -5lb (10st 6lb). Week 4 WI: -3lb (10st 3lb). Week 5 WI: -2lb (10st 1lb). Week 6 WI: -1.5lb (9st13.5lb).
 
Thanks ladies. I hope so I'm so hungry again today and have been in the worst mood which is not like me at all!!!! Just wish I could sleep through and wake up skinny!
 
If I slept through my weight loss I'd lose a year of my life! ;)

By the time you reach week 2 the miserableness and the hunger will have faded, and you'll be so incentivised by your weight loss that you'll barely remember the feelings from this week. Hang on in there, buddy!
