HELP Marks and Spencer Cafe

Help!!! What can i have for lunch from M and S cafe????? I normally have their tomatoe and bazil soup with wheaten bread how many syns would this be?

I'm not sure about the syns for soup but I know the sushi is really low and tuna nicoise without the dressing I imagine would also be quite low xxxx
