So,I never consume all my milk so have been having abit of cheese here and there on pasta etc,is this ok?
I usually have skimmed milk on cereal and in tea?
Thank you xx

Im not sure what you mean? You can have a HEX worth of cheese/milk. You can split it if you want eg half of it on milk, half on cheese or whatever. After its 'run out' any more you have to 'spend' via syns.

If youre using cheese on pasta etc you REALLY need to weigh it - you can use it as your HEX, but a HEX of cheese is a VERY small amount. If youre not weighing it youre probably going over your allowance, possibly by a lot...

Yes, you can. normally a HEXA would be for example 30g of cheddar or 250ml of semi skimmed - so its fine to have 15g of cheddar and 125ml of semi skimmed, or 20g of cheddar and 165ml of semi skimmed - but its really important to make sure you are weighing these VERY accurately as they are small quantities anyway.

But Im still a bit confused by your original question. Of course its OK to use cheese *as* your HEX but you must weigh it and/or syn any extra as appropriate...

Thanks alot I thought that was the answer
I'll see how my loss goes on Wednesday as I haven't weighed anything, thankfully I've done alot of exercise this week which might save me!
