So I came back from a week in turkey on Friday and I seem to still be in holiday mode eating and drinking such crap
I have alot on over the weekend so do I not re start till after or bite the bullet and start tomorrow
I feel so bad! I've weighed and it's not looking good at all! As in close to a stone in 2 weeks!!
Feel crap now!
Any advise welcome! Xx
 
Hey my lovely welcome back :) I think your probably better waiting cause if your questioning wether you will be good or not means your not fully commited and prob wont stick to it and feel worse for it :(
Get your week over with and start a fresh on Monday 100% dukaned oot yer nut and raring to go lol or tell me to shut up and do what you like hahaha

I think waiting is best I just can so see now though how I put so much on!!!
I need the strictness of dukan to control me! The past 4 days I've felt like I've had an eating disorder!(extreme I know)lol!
I just wish id come home and jumped straight back on!! Grrrrr!!! Xx
 
You have seen the errors of your ways do that's a good sign!!! Relax have fun and get back in it 100% no cheating on Monday x

P.s it's easy done don't give yourself a hard time x
 
but, meanwhile, you can get your menus and shopping planned for next week to give yourself the best chance come Monday morning. It won't be easy to restart (take it from one who's done it "once or twice" before), but you know the results can be there, if you stick at it.

Don't worry about it.

I think we're all bound to cheat on holiday (it's the law lol!).

I'm dreading going to Miami but I'm hoping that my mind has changed by then and I will behave a little more.

Starting Monday is always easier, so get your fun out of the way and let's do this! :cool:

100% agree with getting ready on the weekend. It gives you time to get your mind in gear and you will probably eat better on the weekend. No reason to do a complete binge either- you'll feel better about yourself later!
