Help - need ideas for lunches!

Hi

i need some ideas for my hubby's lunches at work and at home

A - he works nights as a lorry diver - no fridge, no microwave
B - he does not eat salad or raw/cold veg

I have been making him soup, but he is getting bored with it.

When he comes home he will have a sandwich (using his HE B) or weetabix

I need some ideas on free lunches for him - eggs, bacon, beans, potato with mushrooms and onions can only be put together in so many ways! lol

Is there nowhere he could stop and get a jacket potato or is it to late at night?
you could do him cold pasta with cold meat.. i have that sometimes

Try pasta bake or curry and rice, basically whatever I have for tea the night before I make some extra to take for lunch the following day.
Chicken legs and stuff like that. Just take the skin off before eating them.

There's no need to eat it hot either. It's just as good cold but stay away from cold gravy.

he took left over chilli and rice last night.

It is difficult as he never knows when his breaks will be or where he will be. Most late night truck stops do not really sell healthy food!

Would a quiche be out of the question? I find that quite good as a cold option for work, as I'm also in the no-frickin-microwave box :/
