help needed asap

i am doing steak for tea and i wanted to do some kind of sauce . i have philadelphia light in the fridge and thought i could maybe do one with that.
any ideas????

I saw something the other day where someone fried some leek and mushrooms together and then added some quark but i'm sure philli would work just aswell.

Got my 1 stone award last week, so made up I can tell you. I am not the fastest to get there by any means in my group, but I am plodding on. Still enjoying my red/green days and doing so many new recipes, hubby loves them too. Hows yr weight going on or should I say off ha ha

I often marinate my steak in soy sauce, with some fresh ginger and garlic, gives it a lovely flavour.
