Just wondering what i can cook/make with quark and cottage cheese thats free syns
i was thinking quiche but is there anything else?

Cheese sauces for things like lasagne, cauliflour cheese, dips add garlic, or herbs, puddings add sweetner and flavour extracts, or philly chocolate. There are some new flavoured ones out in Tesco, which I have heard are syn free, but check to be safe xx
