Hiya,
Hope someone can help. I'm new to slimming world. I have taken out a 3 month online membership and am trying to get my head around everything.
I am currently breast feeding my 3 month son exclusively and understand that I need more healthy extras but is that only applicable to green/red days? I think in EE you reduce the amount of healthy extras allowed to 1 of each, so would anyone be able to tell me what I should be having.
I have done my first week and lost 5lb but fell by the way side a little, but want to stick to it now as I got 5stone to go x
