Just wondering if anyone can help. The thing I love about calorie counting is that I don't feel restricted at all BUT I hate not having control and usually stick to packaged foods or things I've cooked myself.
Tonight I ate food that my mum cooked and I want to know whether I've allowed enough calories without putting in far too many.
I had 2 slices of beef, a small homemade Yorkshire pudding, a spoon of mashed potatoes without any butter and some broccoli. I allowed 600 calories. What do you think?
