help please

Hi there have been doing weight watchers since january and have lost nearly three stone am really struggling now havent lost for 12 weeks i go to the gym three four times a week am on 29 points ,i really want to loose a nother stone help any ideas would really help me thanks
 
Don't know your weight/height etc but if you only have another stone to go, shouldn't you be on 26pp?

Other than that all that exercise will have an affect on loss but you should still notice a body shape change?

Are you eating enough? Eating APs ?
