Does anyone know how many syns are in marks and spencer simply fuller longer chicken and chilli prawn pad Thai? Ate one for lunch and worried I've gone over!!!! Thanks

Hi - Is it new? Ive looked on my app and used the search on the SW site and I cant find it - hopefully someone else can help - seen that you can convert using the calories but not sure if Im right about that as Im still a novice

Sorry, cant help you with the syn value.

But just to say, you can only convert using the calories if the item has no free food. Its usually 20 cals = 1 syn approx.
However, as your food contains free foods (chicken and **possibly noodles) you can't use that system.

** fresh noodle aren't free....a lot of dried ones are!
