Help pls :)

Hi everyone. Im new to here. Ive just decided to get back on slimming world after being off it for 18months.
I got to target and kinda went for a few weeks then stopped. I kept wanting to go back but wanted to get bk in target before i did. This never happened. 18months down the line ive put 2stone back on out of the 5stone i lost. Im really angry with myself but going to try and get back on it. (dont have money to go to groups)
Can all you lovely people tell me what i have missed. I know there is new things in slimming world now and easier ways to work out syns. Could someone pls tell me updates?

That depends on what plan you want to do, Loobyloo. Red, Green or Extra Easy.
I do Extra Easy. All lean meat, potatoes, rice, pasta, fish and starchy vegetables are free.
Most fruits and vegetables are superfree. You need to have 1/3 of your plate filled with superfree foods with every meal.

You're allowed one A choice, and one B choice a day.

Everything else is synned.

Thanks mandy. I have books from when i used to go. But i know things change all tr time with manufactures n i think sw av changed things. I know u can work out syns with no free foods in. But didnt no what else had changed. Just so i can get the basics back with it being such a while :) x
