help with 1/2 syn cake please help me!!!!

i am wanting to bake the 1/2 a syn cake and it says 100g quark i have been to all top supermarkets n everyone hasnt got it apparatly theres a shortage so i was wondering cud i use cottage cheese instead as a substitute

Personally I don't think I would. Mind you, I don't use quark either - flippin yucky spawn of the devil if you ask me I use fat free fromage frais.

Planning on making one this weekend with some of the Cadbury Philly mixed with the fromage frais for the filling & dotted with rasberries.

I think fromage frais would work better than cottage cheese x

what about 0% greek I forgotted to get the quark too lol
