On a Green day you get :
- 57g FRESH salmon as a HEXB (71g if canned in brine)
- 85g low fat soft cheese as a HEX

So if that serves 4 it's 112.5g salmon and 62.5 cheese per person - so you've used both your HEXBs on salmon and slightly less than 1 HEX on cheese, so its Free.

I've got to ask though, why are you doing this on a Green Day? If it was Red or EE the salmon would be free, and your cheese would still be a HEX. On Red you'd still have 1 HEX and 2HEXBs left, even on EE youd have 1HEXB left  Whereas on Green you've used nearly everything up just on this one meal.

To have rice. I'd rather have small meat and rice, to me you get a bigger meal.

Rice in a different meal on the same day you mean? In that case Id go Extra Easy. Rice and salmon are both free on EE, your cheese is still a HEX - so you've still got a HEXB left on EE whereas youve spent them all on Green.

Same meal, I will probably have a veg stir fry for lunch Don't know what extra easy is, I have only red and green plan.

Extra Easy is the orange pages in the book. You can eat anything you would on a Red/Green day but you only get 1 HEX and 1 HEXB and a third of every meal must be Superfree.

No worries, you can use nboth HEXes on a Green Day if thats what you want to do. :)
