Help with diary please :)

I'm having trouble losing weight can anyone tell me where I might be going wrong. This was my food intake yesterday.

Breakfast: 2x weetabix with skimmed milk
Snack: banana
Lunch: 6 crisp breads with Phili cheese, apple and grapes.
Snack: orange
Dinner: sweet potato jacket with beans and side salad
Evening snack: activia snack pot yogurt
 
I assume you are doing green.

Did you weigh the phili? It should be 71g Phili light if not it will need to be syned. Also you don't say what Activia snack pot, was it 0% fat free, if not that will need to be syned.

Did you measure your milk?

You can eat more & still lose weight, are you full off what you've eaten.

Try & write down how many syns you are having as that will keep you in control.

You could show us another day.
