Does anyone have any ideas for red days. I always have a chicken or beef dinner but it gets a bit boring!!! Thanks

I'm having a red day today and having a homemade bacon cheese burger for dinner and tomorrow I'm going to have gammon. I always like lot of seafood/fish if I'm having a red day.

dinner i have chicken cut up small an cook/fry in curry/tika/madras (etc, any you fancy) once cooked let cool slightly. mix natural yog with it an more spices. i also cook onion with it. have with salad or on jacket potato. yummy!
another fav is salmon with lots veg

fry up & mixed grills also x

stir fries, bolognese or chilli but have it in a halves of roasted peppers or some big grilled mushrooms with salad or carrot chips, meat loaf, seafood salad - i have crabsticks, mussels, cockles and prawns with lots of salad and one of the ww petit pains (hex b), oh a seafood feast - lobster, langastines, prawns in shells, scallops, cockles what ever you can get your hands on, gammon or bacon egg pie (quiche) - chunks of gammon with oniona nd peppers, mix in with eggs and cottage cheese and bake in oven in a quiche dish, hunters style chicken - make sw bbq sauce, wrap a chicken in bacon and cook at cheese (hex a) and bbq sauce, home made burgers, sw kebabs ....

My favourite is Salmon & Brocolli Quiche.
Place salmon in the bottom of an ovenproof dish
Defrost brocolli spears and cut into smaller florets and spread around on top of the salmon making sure it is spread out so that you get some in every bite.
Mix your Slimming World quiche Mix: Whisk 4-5 eggs, add 1 tub cottage cheese and whisk again. Add salt & black pepper, wholegrain mustard, dill sauce/herb, and whisk again.
Pour over salmon and cook in oven until golden brown.
