Help with stew syns please

Hello everyone! I am making a stew today and was wondering if I make gravy with the the juice and water I make the stew in how many syns that would be? Thank you xx

U can use the juices but you have to syn for cornflour or u can use grsvy granules which in a small ammount are free I think
